About
I have been a personal trainer for 20yrs. I'm experienced in gym management as well as being a class instructor. I became a certified cancer exercise specialist in January. I can help those after their last cancer treatment or surgery. I live in Okotoks, I train clients at a private facility, I train clients at Peak Potential Fitness in High River. I teach Fitcamp class at the Rocky Ridge Community Center in nw Calgary. I also have an app for online training. Go to https://chanceformations.mypthub.net.
